We provide shop and online services which may include printing and photocopy, lamination, passport photos, online form filling and other online/CSP services, money transfer, Aadhaar-based (AEPS) cash withdrawal, credit-card-to-bank-account transfers, and tour & travels (cab and tour bookings). Availability of a particular service depends on the systems, banks and partners involved and may change without notice.

• Charges depend on the service and are told to you before we proceed. For credit-card-to-bank transfers, our service charge is 2%–2.5% of the amount, with a minimum transaction value of ₹10,000.
• Applicable GST, bank transfer charges and other government/partner charges may apply in addition and can vary with the transaction amount.
• All charges are payable at the time of the service. Charges for third-party services (banks, portals, card networks) are beyond our control.

• You must provide valid, genuine documents and details as required for a service (for example Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account number with IFSC code).
• Where a service requires it, the name on the relevant documents must match (for example, the name on a credit card must match your Aadhaar, PAN and bank account). If details do not match or cannot be verified, we may decline the service.
• You may be required to complete KYC and to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) for a transaction or verification. These steps are for security and fraud prevention. Never share your OTP, card PIN, CVV or passwords with anyone outside the official transaction process.

• There is no merchant swipe and no product sale involved. These are online transactions to transfer money to a bank account.
• For credit-card transfers, the amount is credited only to the credit card holder’s own bank account — never to a third party.
• Transactions are subject to the rules, limits and approvals of the banks, payment systems and card networks involved. We are not responsible for delays, declines or holds imposed by them.

• Fares are quoted and confirmed before the trip. Tolls, parking, state/permit taxes, and driver allowances (where applicable) are extra unless stated otherwise.
• Vehicle type and availability are subject to confirmation. Timings may be affected by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.
• Cancellation or changes should be informed to us as early as possible; charges may apply for late cancellations or already-arranged vehicles.

Service charges for completed transactions are generally non-refundable. Where a service could not be completed, any refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis after deducting charges already incurred with banks or partners. Please raise any issue with us promptly.

• You confirm that the information and documents you provide are true and your own.
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your OTPs, PINs and passwords confidential.

Tools such as the Photo Print maker run entirely in your web browser; your files are not uploaded to us. Such tools are provided “as is” for your convenience, and the final print result depends on your device and printer settings.

We take reasonable care in providing our services, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays, failures or actions of third parties such as banks, payment systems, card networks or government portals. Our total liability for any service is limited to the service charge you paid us for that service.

We may update our services and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
